      The book represents the materials of the conference "Virtual Reality. Philosophical and Psychological Problems" (Moscow, May, 1997), organized by Institute of Human Studies (RAS) and Institute for Training of Civil Staff of Russian Academy of Civil Staff under President of Russia. In the materials the Virtual Reality is considered first of all philosophical and psychological phenomenon. The book describes the state of development in Russia of the idea of virtuality as well as different methods of its use in various spheres of practical fctivity (training, law, art etc.). It is intended for a wide range of readers interested in modern problems of philosophy, psychology, new information technologies and organization development.
